This review is based despicable behavior of the sales associate and manager it in no way reflects the Doctor. My appointment was wonderful until I was bought to the sales desk . I told the sales associate I was only interested in contacts. But as you walk up to the counter to place your order you a pushed to getting items not wanted. I ended up leaving with an order for unwanted glasses. I called the sales associate within and hour of leaving the store to tell her to cancel the order and that I would only be taking the contacts. Nicole stated she would not process the order and place everything on hold until I came in on Monday. I called Monday prior to come in to be told I would have to talk to the manager. Upon entering I saw Nicole and asked about the hold. She darted her eye to the manager Jasmin. The manager then told me she put the order in. I asked Nicole again had she put the order on hold on Thursday. She stated yes. The manager interjected that she made a mistske and did not realize it was on hold and put it through. Then asked me if I wanted to pick other frames to which I replied NO ! I told your sales associate I only wanted contacts. She said she would call the lab 2 hours waiting and she said she needed the lab manager. I called the next day inquiring about what happened. The manager Jasmin shouted at me that I was being desperate and slammed the phone shut. As a customer I should not have treated that way. This manger and sales associate are a poor reflection of vistasite. The manager pushed through an order that was on hold. I refuse to pay for something I do not want so you can push your sales. If a mistake is made as a professional you have to own up to it and correct it. Four calls later and this has not been resolved.

Clean, professional and prompt service. Dr. Saa is also very attentive and never seems to be in a rush to get you out.

After being examined a couple of years before by another male doctor at the practice and ultimately dissatisfied with the end result, I decided to give Vista another shot and and I am so glad I did. From the start my exam was thorough. They checked for everything and even used new machines and equipment they didn't have when I initially came for an appointment two years ago. This month I had an appointment with Dr. Saa. She politely sat and let me ramble on and on about how I couldn't see with my current prescription. I know I am getting older and my eyes are changing, but she didn't chalk it up to that. She let me talk on about how I could see distance clearly in my contacts but it was messing with my up close vision. I was embarrassing myself in dimly lit restaurants having to turn on my phone light and hold the menu a mile away from my face. It's frustrating because without glasses or contacts my up close vision is impeccable. Dr. Saa flew in with her cape on and came to my rescue. It is amazing what a few tweaks to your prescription can do to your vision. What is even more amazing, is someone who listens to what you are saying and doesn't immediately dismiss it and do what they want. She heard me loud and clear and now I can see clearly now, the rain is gone! My life has changed drastically in only 3 days of wearing the trials she put me in! Good God! I feel like jumping for joy! I have worn glasses since the tender age of 10 and contacts lenses since I was about 17/18 years old. To be able to see, and see clearly is a beautiful, beautiful thing. I am beyond grateful I decided to give Vista another chance and met Dr. Saa. She changed my life. See you next year doc!

My visits have been a pleasant experience with all of the staff members, especially DJ and Shawna, showing professionalism and courteousness. I appreciate their knowledge of their specialty. Thanks to Dr. Bababekova for introducing me to my new bifocal contact lenses.

The entire staff were warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable regarding eyewear and eyecare. The service is very prompt and professional. I would definitely recommend this location!
